靠近白溪街、雁盪鎮，旁邊吃的好多，而且旁邊就是鎮政府、公安大隊、交警大隊，安全感拉滿😂，離公交站台也近，老闆、老闆娘很熱情回車站的時候打不上車老闆親自開車送的，老闆開車很溜😂，愛了！酒店的電視可以投屏！頂樓可以曬衣服^ v ^

民宿離鐵路站和去景區接駁車站都不遠，附近也有不少食店，但其他商店較遠。
沒電梯，房東主動幫忙搬行李上樓；離去時也是請她幫忙。
我們因行李太多，出租車來了卻拒載，幸老細免費載我們去火車站，否則……
房間很寬敞乾淨，環境舒適安静；還可免費洗衣，天台有大晾衫場地，很讚！

房間乾淨整潔，老闆人也特別好，這次是參加雁盪四尖賽事第一次過來温嶺，體驗很好，民宿老闆考慮的很周到，幫忙延遲退房時間，提供了賽後回來用房間洗個澡，必須大讚，再來必須要住這裏！
