The hotel central air conditioner is set to start at 18 degrees, and the temperature displayed on the panel is out. When you reported that it was too hot, our staff immediately reset the temperature and sent you a fan to cool down. We sent you a mineral spring after seeing that you had finished drinking the water in your room. This is not compensation for this incident.
