房間面積挺大，但是作為親子房除了有個小童雲朵壁燈外房間內的陳設比較單調，實在趕不上真正這個價位的星級酒店服務，也沒有啥特色飲料或服務（比如小童小帳篷、積木、或者附贈小玩偶等），親子間不多，成本花不了多少但是經營理念不行，早餐品種是當地來説算多的，不過服務人員不行，態度差，早餐自助餐廳居然出現無餐具可供應的情況，實在“土著”，空有個豪華外觀，晚餐也不許，2個區域但是擺的都是一樣的幾個菜，除了有點蝦其他實在沒啥可吃，拿不出手，而且很多人是買房子的業主帶來吃的，環境嘈雜，最好還是開車出去吃

The hotel hardware is very good, and the hot spring is also good. The service is hard to describe. We couldn't check in even at 4pm. We were told we needed to wait another hour. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk supervisor went to the room to urge cleaning. We were finally able to check in 20 minutes later. However, there was a lack of communication throughout the process. In particular, the front desk was too cold and formulaic, which made us very uncomfortable.

前台工作人員態度極差，跟沒經過培訓似的車軲轆話來回説不解決實際問題，大過年的垮着一張臉，跟客人説話用吼的。千萬別選臨街的房型，吵得很，一整晚無法入睡。房間的布草跟從侏羅紀開始使用一直沒換過一樣臟。早餐簡直是跟山姆剛開業似的，哪裡都是人，餐盤經過都是空的沒有服務員補充。不知道之前放的是什麼菜品。唯一好評給行政酒廊的咖啡師，拉花很漂亮。如果不是四川沒得太陽哪個來元謀這裏曬。
