I stayed in a female dormitory, but the wooden walls next to each other were thick and I didn't care about the sound, so I was able to spend my privacy with peace of mind. Also, at the cafe, I could communicate with various people and it was a fashionable place where even one person could spend it."

"The air conditioning (on the first floor and in the hallways, etc.) was inadequate, and I was sweating profusely, which was very uncomfortable. The shared toilets are unacceptable. There was a step at the entrance to the parking lot, and the grass was so overgrown that I got stuck."

"Great stay with a very friendly and helpful Japanese owners that run this Japanese style hotel for the last 15 years (on the south side of the island). They are willing to help even to people that don’t speak Japanese (like ourselves) with their very limited English. Yoron is a great island and definitely a memorable trip. Overall, hotel is very basic, but you’ll find whatever you need. Recommendations to certainly get a scooter, car or at least a bike."
