這次入住永州明宇尚雅酒店，體驗感超棒！前台小楊的服務必須狠狠點贊👍 從辦理入住手續時起，小楊就展現出了極高的專業素養和熱情態度，每一個流程都講解得清晰明瞭，辦理速度也很快，完全沒有讓我等待。入住期間，不管是諮詢當地好玩的地方，還是需要額外的生活用品，小楊都能及時迴應，耐心又貼心地幫我解決。房間安排得也很合我心意，寬敞明亮又乾淨整潔。退房時還細心詢問我的入住感受，真的讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺。下次來永州，肯定還選這家，也期待小楊一如既往的優質服務！ 5分好評必須安排！

服務嚴重差評，從前台、早餐廳到客房服務全程黑臉，沒有任何服務可言。健身房都是汗漬也沒有紙巾或者消毒液可以擦拭，小童樂園沒有空調，給孩子熱一頭汗，按金攜程註明500實際收費800，冰箱裏的東西還要收費佔地方，裝修設施還算可以，服務方面好好改進一下吧，覺得是高檔酒店就一臉傲慢

酒店設計現代時尚，房間配置很高檔，高品質的洗浴用品、舒適的浴袍、高速穩定的WiFi，處處體現着品質感。免費健身房器械齊全且很新，5樓自助洗衣房設備很好用，在等待洗衣的時間段可以再5樓户外花園喝茶吃點甜點，非常的nice。自助早餐的出品相當精緻，口味在線。以這個價格享受到如此完善的設施和服務，個人覺得物超所值。商務休閑都是永州非常棒的選擇。
