位置在縣城中心，對面市委大樓。一樓當年主席住過的房還在，位置沒得挑的。通過房間裏的窗還可以眺望遠山，視野開闊。

在永興縣中心區域，房間老裝修，是種給政府接待用的酒店，房間挺大的，衞生也保持的不錯，酒店地面停車位比較少，不知道有沒有地下車庫，周邊挺熱鬧的，就是吃飯的地方比較少
