酒店環境先不説，我就想説下，酒店的職業素養，退房是時候落下兩包煙，都不滿，多説了算，也就六十塊錢，退房後還沒有五分鐘，我就給酒店前台打電話，幫我留一下，一會回來拿，一個小時不到，回來拿的時候，前台才開始問客房阿姨，有沒有見到，客房居然説！沒有！見到！兩包煙沒多少錢，抽的起我就丟的起，但是你們酒店這種叫什麼行為？監！守！自！盜！。起碼的職業素養要有吧！連最起碼的安全都保證不了，這酒店怎麼開的下去！如果時間長就算了，打電話給前台説丟了東西時，離退房五分鐘都不到！回來拿的時候也就是去縣城吃了個飯的功夫，前台不負責，客房阿姨監守自盜，虧的衹是兩盒煙，要是貴重物品更説不清，奉勸老闆，一定要加強員工的素質管理！剛開的酒店，乾淨整潔，也看出來老闆確實用心做生意了，千萬不要讓幾個沒有德行的員工耽誤了！
