1)酒店膳食非常差。
2)房間位置不理想，房間地板非常潮濕容易滑倒。
3） 浸溫泉水壓唔穩定，不能同時間使用兩個溫泉水池。
4）房間電視設備不足，收看本地電視節目都要收費，非常不合理。
5） 食早餐餐廳非常簡陋和不好食。
6）實在太多問題不能盡錄，希望可以盡快改善。

房間設施比較好，來了好幾次了！比較適合休閑度假放鬆一下，温泉泡池和温泉水的質量比較好！私密性比較好！最喜歡在超大露台上喝茶聊天！超爽的！最主要是店家的服務超級周到！晚上下班了，還可以幫忙加班送東西！👍👍👍可以推薦！

房間很大 酒店在山上 周邊沒什麼外賣 但是負一樓有便利店 小童區也大
房間又泡池 非常大
基本三餐都在酒店用
早餐還行 吃得飽
午餐用的套餐卷 比較划算 但衹有一兩種套餐 説單點會很慢
温泉超人數需要加錢 好在不是很貴
