因為是冬天人比較少特別安靜，酒店很乾凈，服務也很好。剛剛下過雨望着窗外山上雲霧繚繞的景色聽着河水流淌的聲音坐在小陽台上品着茶那感覺太棒了！等夏天還要來這裏住，再感受一下夏天的清爽。

這絕對是一家有設計感的酒店！2019裝修至今，依舊抗打，並且未來可期！但是有許多可提升空間，首先國慶期間房價四百多，算是良心價，估計是考慮到酒店地理位置比較偏僻。
一、我覺得酒店泳池旁那個男女更衣室，衞生情況比較糟糕，酒店的細節非常重要，這點讓我覺得很掉價。另外房間比較寬敞。設施相對還比較新，中規中矩，隔音還可以，環境比較安靜，酒店的整體設施和設計都還不錯。但是對於保潔阿姨的培訓有待提高，我用酒精濕巾對傢俱表面簡單擦拭一遍還是有讓我發現沒有完善到的地方，比如床頭，退房做衞生用抹布過一遍也不至於會臟。
二、牙刷浴巾等，品質可以加強，用料比較一般。
三、酒店早餐，不説提升到多好，向全季看齊也行。
四、周邊項目的擴大，可以主打親子系列，拓展一些親子活動，夏天可以玩水，冬天考慮露營燒烤等等。
如果這幾點得到相關部門重視，並能實施計劃，酒店房價一晚七八百完全可行。

早餐包子有點油，不是很好吃，剛到前廳沒空調很悶熱，但是最重要的，我一定要給差評的一點就是，
一個號稱四星級酒店的服務員，給我開了去學校的門，我説，我行李先寄放在這，等會你給我開門，我要回來，好傢伙，這個服務員很離譜啊，再次打電話給他，就説規定不能開，我説，不能開，那你行李給我放到這個門口也可以，他就説不行！！不是，我好歹也是你們的客户，你給我各種説不行，開的人是你，不開的也是你，你一個前台服務員規矩可真的多啊！
還有攜程客服，我真的沒見過效率這麼差的 ，你們真的該整改一下了，我以前遇到這種離譜的，都沒你們處理這麼慢，最後我自己和學校的保安説了，人家讓我出來，我真的覺得很離譜啊！非常差的住宿體驗，別來，就這還四星，誰評的

酒店外部環境沒話説，但是入住的時候房間的陳設不及預期，特別是房間的屋頂莫名是無粉刷的裸牆，感覺和整體不搭，不知道為何，不過早餐有送到房間，服務還是不錯。

家庭吊頂沒有裝修，地板是瓷磚的，睡個覺，住5樓，晚上11點開始樓上各種生意，凌晨一點多還不消停！早餐標準一個人69，吃的像29，泳池的水看起來不乾淨，問工作人員説水是不是出去又抽回來他説有過濾，簡直不敢相信，在這種山區地方，這麼玩的。難怪五一都沒有訂滿房，體驗感真差！
