The staff was friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the train station and drove us back to it when we left

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, we slept really well. The large window also brought in plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, and the staff were very attentive. They even called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and ask if we needed any assistance. Since the hotel is in a pedestrian area, they kindly carried our bags from the car and even took us to the train station.
The host gave us tips on what to do in the city and even accompanied us. The hotel also has a private viewpoint overlooking the waterfall. He recommended some restaurants and bars as well, and the one we tried was good.

Great location right by the bridge, and the staff were very helpful, accommodating our request for early breakfast so we could catch an early train.
A couple of problems: the room was full of mosquitos (perhaps they left the river windows open), and the hot water didn't work! We could have sorted that out over time but not great for a single night.
