Fabulous place. My daughters loved it. Great location. Breakfast and dinner are waterfall view point. The room are lovely. The guys are friendly and helpful. They pick us up and drop to the rail station.

Excellent stay! Seamless arrival and departure thanks to the pre-arranged train station transport.
Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view.
The fantastic waterfall vista from the garden and dining area was a definite highlight. Service was top-notch.

The hotel has a perfect location and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning — that’s exactly what people come to this city for! The staff weren’t very warm at first, but they were helpful and tried their best to assist. Overall, we’d happily stay here again!

The people in this hotel is very proactive, they are young people that will welcome you to the hotel with friendly smiles. They are very care and helpful. You don’t need to ask, they already tell you. The property is soooo sooo beautiful!!! We got upgraded to the suites, it was super amazing! The rooms are big with very detailed and complete amenities. The view from the balcony is amazing. The food is good. The best decision so far! Definitely will comeback again.

The services was top notch from the railway station until we go back to zhangjiajie. It was really quite an experience. The view was stunning

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the waterfall. Has the perfect location for exploring Furong Town without being in the centre of the nightlife. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast and dinner was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The staff were super helpful and quick to respond, which made things really easy. They arranged pick-up and drop-off from Furongzhen station for 20 yuan each way, which was convenient. We loved sitting in the courtyard with the amazing waterfall views, enjoying breakfast and plenty of local tea. The room was clean and had a nice traditional wooden feel that made it really cozy.
