Three staff members from the hostel came to pick us up at the entrance to the scenic spot, bought us tickets to enter the scenic spot, and carried our luggage to the hostel. There was a night show right below our room window, and we enjoyed the best view.

The service staff was friendly and proactive in upgrading our room. It's pet-friendly and has a great location. The guy took the initiative to pick us up at the parking lot with a warm attitude. The room had a great view, and the best thing was the rice noodles for breakfast the next day. The taste was authentic and it was worth the trip.

Multiple mishaps at this place and however much they tried to cope, we kept feeling that we were let down. Bad AC, great service and instantaneous upgrades, but overall bad room quality, despite having one of the best views in the town.
