Facilities: I'm genuinely puzzled by the shower design. There's a high threshold to enter the cubicle, and after showering, the floor outside becomes a literal pond. To add to the hazards, there's another small lip right outside the bathroom door, which I tripped over repeatedly. The hairdryer is not only incredibly noisy but also takes an eternity to dry hair. And the showerhead? Absolutely dreadful; the water pressure was so strong it was actually painful.

The rooms are significantly cleaner than the guesthouses nearby, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with prompt responses. In an area with so many guesthouses, they truly stand out as professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return. Even though it's not located directly within the scenic area, they offer free parking and a shuttle service to the area. Staying inside the scenic area means cars aren't allowed in, which would make transporting luggage much more cumbersome.

On the 7th floor, the toilet barely flushed, and the water pressure was extremely low; sometimes no water came out at all. The underground parking garage was unfinished and cluttered with building materials. We had to repeatedly request the welcome fruit, and it was only delivered at the staff's convenience. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the overall experience was very good. It was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during my trip to Xiangxi. The hotel has a great environment, new and clean facilities, friendly and competent staff, and convenient parking. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Furong Town!
