非常滿意！帶爸媽去的，裝修很不錯，在馬楠能夠有這樣的住宿、我很滿意；有地暖，很乾凈，床品很舒服；餐廳火鍋也好吃！躺在床上看雲捲雲舒，非常愜意

趁着五一提前二天去馬楠雲上草原，當天去下雨天氣很冷，網上訂的雲端民宿，説句實話沒想到在那樣的地方會這有這麼好的民宿，其實它比很多的三星酒店還要好！前台的小哥熱心助人，趕緊幫着拿行李，前台的小姐姐聽説本人喜歡攝影，立即就幫着升級到一個可以直接觀景的房間，開窗即觀景，非常人性化，房間的設施也是非常新，是一次體驗感非常好的住宿安排，真心稱讚！非常好！有機會還會再去

馬楠山風景很好，酒店就在遊客接待中心，房間設施還算可以，房間很小，衞生間倒挺大，酒店外部環境沒有宣傳照片那麼美，這個價格略高，酒店住最便宜的就行。
