説幾個問題：
1.丟了枕頭阿姨説沒拿到就沒了，打了兩天電話説晚點答覆都沒下文，我打電話過去就是沒了。
2.2樓ktv，3樓spa，這酒店是真齊了，一個員工（不確定是商k員工還是spa員工）在電梯上拿了一堆卡，可以開啟關閉其他卡的權限，非常不安全。
3.乾濕分離的衞生間，衞生間和洗手盆分在房間面對面兩個角落，上完廁所穿過房間去洗手，住着麼多酒店第一次見。
綜上，對酒店整體評價非常糟糕，我可以接受明碼標價或者實話實説，接受不了誠信不足的對話。唯一好評年初二一樓有位大姐向所有住客住新年好。
