作為家長人，也必須本着良心説實話，目前為止沒住過這麼差的酒店，真心勸大家避雷，在劉家峽這個價格真地不值。住了三個晚上，衞生間水都是壞的，忽冷忽熱沒法洗澡，入住第一晚就反饋了，前台説給看一下，沒下文；第二晚繼續不行，反映了繼續沒下文，沒有任何人來看，也沒有前台打電話來跟進一下。第三晚還是不行，派了師傅來看説是水管壞了，解決方案是過幾天聯繫廠家來修；要求酒店方更換房間，遲遲無答覆，打電話過去問説還需要討論。將近十點才勉強同意給換房，結果還是個大床房，我和媽媽兩人住，説房滿了，無奈我衹能睡了一晚沙發，而且洗澡水温依然不穩定。其他方面，停車、早餐等管理都非常混亂。總體來説，軟件硬件、設施服務全都不行，服務根本談不上什麼專業度或主動服務意識。作為劉家峽人，我為家長2025年還有這樣的所謂星級酒店感到汗顏，收着四五百的價格，提供的是不如快捷酒店的服務和設施。真心奉勸大家特別是外地遊客避雷，除非你對服務、設施都不在意。
P.S. 表揚一下攜程客服，響應非常及時，幫忙解決問題也很到位。希望攜程提高門檻，不要讓這樣的酒店出現在平台上。

房間很乾凈，面積很大隔音效果不錯，睡的很安穩。訂的是親子房寶寶很喜歡。自助早餐很豐富。窗前就是水晶公園景色特別好。

酒店很氣派，雖然是十多年前開業的，但是設施很完備，打理的很不錯👍，停車場很大停車方便。早餐還蠻不錯👍。
設施：很齊備，衹是淋浴間的門不防水，淋浴時水會外溢。
衞生：很乾凈整潔，老牌酒店能維護的這麼好，很不易了👍。
環境：酒店內外環境都很不錯，如果外窗玻璃能擦乾淨就看出去舒服些了。
服務：熱情周到。
