房費與入住感受不匹配，民宿的衞生要加強，空調內機還有蜘蛛網，另外洗澡的時候還發現了蟑螂。另外住的地方附近沒有什麼吃的，需要到鎮上去買，大概開車20多分鐘吧。

當地的出租車司機就是老賴 先是起了矛盾 我報警了 結果司機去這個民宿找我麻煩 門口看門的大爺直接問了我的房間號把**領到我的房間門口 凌晨一點敲門，周邊沒有設施，沒有服務，沒有水提供，為了你的人身安全千萬別定，而且他們很喜歡報團，説方言聽不懂的。

從音樂節回來住在這裏，體驗極差！首先從哪個門進都搞不清楚，先到了大門，保安讓我們去小門，到了小門，打電話給老闆，讓我們自己找10號樓2單元，在小區裏面大晚上找半天，連個人都沒有，找半天找到了，單元門進不去，老闆讓我們去大門找保安開門，6。進門打擊都很累了準備洗個熱水澡睡覺，好，熱水都沒有，進門就是客廳的床，床邊上就是一扇窗，簾子拉到底都拉不上，月光直接照臉上，標着6人入住衹有三雙拖鞋，總之體驗極差，這邊的民宿都是來温州楠溪江旅遊住的，老闆做的還真都是一次性生意，總之給大家避雷😅

這家民宿很接地氣，類似高檔小區又遠遠勝於小區。環境優美，靠山麪林，清心幽靜。房間設計用心，佈景簡單雅緻，兩張大床被一簾藝術牆隔開，隱祕兼開放。陽台茶桌面朝樹林，早可聞鳥啼晚可蛙聲，可聽風看樹搖曳。伸個懶腰，來個深呼吸，元氣滿滿。交通方便，近臨多個景區。

三星給的是房間挺大，設施比較新。房東不在這兒，自助入住，沒有早餐需要出去買，不是很方便，過年很多店都不開。空調外機在後陽台，睡覺輕的會有影響。扣分給的是保潔，告知房東馬桶堵了，保潔來了以後把馬桶墊圈弄的好惡心，都沒收拾就走了🤮🤮
