就在芙蓉古村對面，馬路邊一個停車場拐進來，門口一個院子，停車很方便。五層樓，裝修得很好。國慶期間也沒有漲價，早餐也不錯。在樓頂就能看到遠處麗水街的塔，晚上走到麗水街也就十幾分鍾。

設施：房間面積很大，是老闆新裝修的房子，訂了三間，兩間房內自帶洗手間，一間雖然沒有洗手間但是客廳外面有，很方便。就是房子太新了，沒有電視和洗衣機，希望老闆之後增加，房客會更方便。設施設備都很新，床鋪被褥很舒服，床是硬板床，睡得很踏實好像家裡似的。
衞生：乾淨衞生
環境：周圍吃飯也很方便
服務：掌櫃有小車可以幫忙把行李運過來，小朋友需要被褥，掌櫃特地送過來呢。

房間乾淨整潔，老闆人非常好，熱情為遊客介紹當地景點及玩法，停車場很大，距景區很近，不用開車直接步行過去很近，免費早餐很豐盛，小菜一大桌，稀飯，包子饃頭可自選，老闆勸遊客多吃點，這是我遊玩住過最好的一家民俗，非常值得推薦的一家，再次感謝老闆熱情周到服務，體驗感非常棒！

房間很乾凈，位置很好，住的很舒適，離古街也很近。老闆娘人非常好，每天早上做早飯給客人吃，我們退房的那天早上高鐵差點沒趕上，老闆娘還熱心開車送我們。建議去楠溪江旅遊住他們家。

民宿酒店真是棒極了，首先得誇誇酒店阿姨，人超好，房子也保持得乾乾淨淨的，設施一應俱全，拍照效果也是槓槓的。而且，她還特意準備了早餐，比較豐富，下次還得選這家，真的是乾淨又温馨，裝修也很有品味，看得出來房東花了不少心思。位置也超級方便，離景區芙蓉古街，楠溪江竹筏，江邊燒烤較近，這次住得特別舒心，真心推薦！
