作為民宿來説，目前的狀態也就算不錯的了，去的時候，有房間在升級改造，導致樓道里顯得有些亂。老闆一家服務態度很好，也算頂替了其他的不足，還有早飯，種類不多但還算乾淨了。

有車站接送服務，提供早餐是遊客的首選！基本服務設施齊全，衞生不錯，對得起價格，早餐品種多樣合口，老闆熱情親切，下次來還選這家。

民宿離麗水街較近，門口也尚能停車，但僅限2、3輛，房間大小尚可，但設施一般且陳舊，地板有明顯的開裂縫，服務態度差，早餐8點太遲，冷臉相迎相待，很不温馨的一次住宿。
