民宿在麗水街附近，離楠溪江也不遠，自駕大概是半小時路程，民宿乾淨衞生，老闆也很熱心，幫我們解決了停車難的問題

我們是大學生來做畢業論文調研的，在民宿住了一週。老闆温文爾雅，十分熱情！房間細節十分到位，房間物件都有庭軒閣的logo，打掃也很乾凈，可以看出老闆非常用心經營民宿。周邊交通方便，去景區打車、公交、自駕均可，老闆還會給攻略。巖頭鎮上步行兩分鐘就有各種美食，還有奶茶店。麗水古街，就在出門左轉一點點路，夜景很美麗，我們還碰上有集市，氛圍拉滿。累了，就來楠溪江！推薦庭軒閣民宿！！！

老闆很好，給我們推薦景點，免費送我們到景點，還送我們拉傷葯。在餐廳那有醬，浴室裏有拖鞋。房間很有氛圍，衣架，手機接口（甚至還有電腦）真應有盡有。這些都是細節，但細節決定成敗，能把這些細節做好肯定也不簡單，很推薦大家到這住。周圍也有石桅巖，獅子巖景區（就是有點廢腳，記得多帶水），也能玩的開心。

這條點評衹針對我入住的閣樓大床房，因為國慶節沒有其它房間可定，我們衹能預訂的閣樓大床房，到店後發現房間偏小且在四樓樓頂上，最矮的位置人都站不直，圖片還看不出來。活動區域空間範圍非常有限，感覺有點壓抑，窗户小透光不好。針對國慶節二三百的房價過於偏高，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，衞生打掃不乾淨徹底，在馬桶邊還有毛髮，洗漱台還有污漬，民宿提供的一次性拖鞋有點薄走路易滑，早餐一般，沒有豆漿飲料，衹有米粥和幾個小菜，選擇性不大，還不如去外面早餐店吃。提供的楠溪江特色麥餅味道一般，沒有外面購買的好吃。洗衣機和曬衣服陽台在四樓上下樓比較麻煩。國慶期間價格住閣樓房入住體驗真不好，小閣樓整體環境不合人意。如果我們預訂其它正常房型也許入住體驗感會好些。不可否認老闆服務這塊還是比較肯定的，高鐵站免費接送，遊玩景區路線能夠很詳細的介紹。綜合考慮以及二三百價格的閣樓房環境和衞生，入住體驗感比較差我給差評 （實事求是衹針對這個閣樓房入住後的體驗），希望老闆能採取有效措施及時處理。
