設施：都挺新的，包括淋雨花灑都很好用
衞生：收拾得非常乾淨
環境：很好，晚上不吵
服務：老闆真的很好，找不到還出來接，停車也幫忙安排好，很有耐心，超級nice
餐食：早餐蠻好吃的

民宿位置，可以近距離遊玩楠溪江的古鎮古街人文路線，附近很多小吃店，房間雖然靠近麗水古街儘管外面如何熱鬧但是關上窗房間內還是很安靜，一點都不影響睡覺。最後衹能一提的是老闆服務很到位。

庭軒閣民宿非常有特色,早餐豐盛味道可口。設施乾淨衞生, 周邊環境愜意，老闆推薦了李莊農家菜的味道不錯春節價格還不貴。民宿位置距離麗水街長廊步行三分鐘就到了。強烈推薦這家酒店。
