位置是很不錯的，原計劃住兩三天的，今天醒來果斷換酒店，房間不大，衞生一般，重點是晚上的空調太吵了，吵了一個晚上沒有睡好，做夢不斷，跟前台説了兩次多拿一個枕頭，服務員過來告知沒有，早上吃完早餐的時候看到其他房間有空調師傅在修空調，估計也是一樣空調太吵

酒店位置一流，出門就可以直接乘竹筏，可以游泳，周邊有很多餐廳，對面的咖啡廳非常漂亮，房間寬敞，非常舒適，好評！

飯店位於楠溪江景區內，周圍環境清凈，空氣清新，部分房間可欣賞到迷人江景。提到前台會免費升級陽台房，服務態度熱情，給客人帶來了良好的體驗。

以下是本人非常中肯的評價，平時難得去給一個酒店寫那麼多評語，實在是有諸多槽點，不吐不快。
先説酒店好處：
1.位置比較好，就是獅子巖漂流門口
2.酒店大廳接待的小夥子蠻熱情，見我們一家三口送了三張早餐卷，並耐心指路，要點贊。
3.酒店外觀看着格調蠻高，可能在當地算比較好的，按高端酒店打造的。
糟點實在太多，具體如下，供後來者參考：
1.酒店房間衞生堪憂，牆布見大量墨點。見圖1.2
2.床鋪衞生堪憂，訂的雙床房，一張床鋪被單居然有補丁，另外一張床鋪驚現這麼多黑色顆粒（小孩睡的一開始沒注意，第二天一大早才發現）。這個是一個這麼高價格酒店改有？見圖3.4
3.晚間臨睡前發現房間有嗡嗡電流聲，甚是嚇人，怕是否有偷拍存在，房間尋找半天是一個插座裏面發出的，尋求工作人員來，工作人員拆解設備並解釋説是插座壞了發出的聲音，換了新的，新換後聲音消失，姑且相信解釋，可還是讓人還是不安。之前不檢修嗎？見圖5.6
4.洗衣房洗衣機衹有一台，洗完後衣服上殘留很多白點，衞生堪憂。見圖7.8
5.衞生間馬桶較為劣質，馬桶蓋合起來砰的很大聲。
6.空調陳舊，聲音較響。
7.酒店可能是以前酒店接手後改造的，外部看蠻先進的，內部設施陳舊，設備全部顯示美豪，麗致酒店，見圖9
8.早餐實在一般。
總結：酒店服務尚可，但衞生，設備均顯過於陳舊，不應該是一家收費這麼高的酒店應該的。
