房間非常好，小夥老闆提前聯繫幫忙預留車位，全程管家式服務，幫忙推薦的餐館也非常有特色，家人晚上休息的都非常好。店距離麗水街非常近，從另一側門一直走就到了，離楠溪江其他景區也不遠。我們早餐後去小港漂流回來還休息了一會。早上店老闆媽媽特別幫忙準備早餐，非常可口，最驚喜的還有早上現摘的桑葚。再來還會住這裏和推薦給朋友，祝老闆生意興隆！！！

老闆是個熱心的小夥子，由於我們帶着毛孩子幫我們房間做了免費升級，還為我們接下來的旅遊線路出了主意，住宿不包含早餐，但老闆還是送了早餐，饅頭是老闆媽媽做的，有白粥小菜非常乾淨清爽

乾淨衞生，房間面積不大，民宿能這樣也不錯了，都是木門木窗，環保，小老闆態度非常好，熱情周到，早餐也很豐富，油條包子米粥小菜管夠，很好！

毫不誇張的説這是唯一一家可堪比連鎖酒店衞生標準的民宿！連鏡櫃的隔層都沒有一絲灰塵，拖鞋都是乾乾淨淨，贈送了一次性馬桶套。離麗水古街不遠，位置方便。老闆人非常好，一樓大廳有超大的旅行地圖，會熱心的幫你推薦景點和攻略
