Very enjoyable stay, but a hidden wntrace - elevator in an alley, the lobby is on the 6th floor. Any doubt about the property vanished when we got to the lobby and looked at the rooftop garden. Very nice room with excellent views. Perfect location to explore the city.

本次和太太來温州市出差，在這邊要提的是，前台服務人員非常的熱情，也非常的禮貌，這是唯一值得肯定的，但是很遺憾的是，該家酒店的圖片與現場差異很大，I房間的椅子都是灰塵，廁所，洗臉枱和鏡子，也都沒有打掃乾淨，甚至馬桶還漏水滲到地板，這分別就是一家隨便改造的酒店，更離譜的是，早餐餐廳的員工服務態度非常差，不僅説話大聲，沒有禮貌，用餐時間還沒有到9:30.進來就把門給鎖上，讓用餐的人員不得進出，必須從後門走，本人出差，各個省份入住多家的酒店，在錦江滙維也納集團旗下，該家酒店，它的等級就如同賓館招待所.希望此酒店在網絡平台上對消費者的廣告，圖片要真實，不要欺騙消費者

每一次的維也納酒店都是傷心預訂，在攜程上看到是2024年新裝修的，結果一看又破又舊，衹是重新鋪貼了牆布。有點欺詐行為的感覺。房間裏有蟑螂，應該不是我第一個發生吧？攜程也應該有評估監督作用，要不然真的是傷心和失去信任就麻煩了！還説是排名第一？有點懷疑的！
