民宿裝修很新真的非常乾淨整潔第一次見到這麼乾淨又便宜的民宿他家的廚房真的是一塵不染哈哈老闆娘人熱情好客有求必應民宿位置在竹筏漂流區和戲水區旁水流很緩適合游泳深淺水區域都有出門就能玩水非常方便適合帶娃來玩

房間佈置簡潔，沒有多餘東西，打掃很乾凈。
連一樓公共區都乾淨。
樓下就是玩水的地方，還有幾個飯店，很方便。
車子停在對面公共停車場，快到了打電話給老闆娘會來接的。

位置好，就在楠溪江游泳區，周圍農家樂超市，買泳圈等，下水游泳很方便很安全。
裝修新，設備新，在民宿裏還是很少見的。雖然沒有乾濕分離。山景房和河景房實拍照片如下，3層1/3河景，4樓1/2河景，5樓百分百河景，挺漂亮。6樓有個曬台，河景滿滿。
可以用老闆家的冰箱。

老闆娘特別熱情，剛到的時候碰到就連忙給我們拿行李。一家三口過來住兩天休閑一下沒打算總是出門玩兒在老闆娘這訂餐，老闆娘手藝很不錯！

和父母出來玩兒開了兩間房，二樓三樓都安排上了，房間很舒服，去永嘉書院等景點都很近，門口就是竹筏漂流。老闆娘特別熱情。
