民宿位於楠溪江嶺下村，距離巖頭鎮中心大約9公里，民宿為自建五層小樓，新裝修，乾淨整潔，床品毛巾乾淨，北面房間可見竹林，老闆娘非常熱情，有問必答。介紹中的停車位實際需要停路邊，可能會被拍照罰款！另外民宿位於一個小山坡上，需要爬一些台階！

房間看着很舒服店家人也特別好跟以前別的酒店住的不一樣旁邊就是竹林這個店位置也特別好前面大概200米就是竹筏漂流夏天可以5.30以後去玩玩水哈哈哈也是住的很爽了

房間很新沒有異味，睡覺安靜。老闆娘非常熱情，聽説我們沒吃晚飯，端出自己吃的南瓜湯和饅頭。對面就是楠溪江，可以去玩水。停車場在對面很方便。這條街有很多飯店，如果怕坑，讓老闆娘帶去。
