淡期管家阿姨做的早餐麪很贊～附近有飯店可吃正餐～還有小朋友喜歡的小羊和秋天的柿子樹，蠻舒服的～雙人床被子多加一張，毛巾備齊就更好了

房間很乾凈很新 靠路邊但窗子很隔音，空調製熱也可以的。老闆娘非常熱情給我們準備了早餐吃了一碗熱騰騰的明天一天好心情，走的時候給我們塞水果花生真的像去親戚家過年了。位置靠近楠溪江渡口，在一個小區附近，離開麗水古街開車幾分鐘。鬧中取靜不錯的。

酒店在二橋附近，家庭房，床一大一小很寬敞。是去火車站的必經路，老闆人很好，借我們電動車，我們晚上去麗水老街看燈。早上有早餐，小米粥等，玉米很甜。

衞生很差，桌子上沒擦乾淨，鏡子上全是水漬，馬桶沒刷乾淨，房間還一直有股難聞的味道
環境一般，窗外就是一條馬路，遠處是山
設施較差，洗漱台很小，容易洗得到處是水，衞生間也小，而且沒有隔斷，洗個澡，馬桶全是水。沒有電梯，搬行李不方便
關鍵是一晚要300多塊，非常不值得

十一期間打掃的也很乾凈，老闆很熱情，在一個小路口，離馬路比較近，出門去景區打車也方便的。
早飯是簡餐，有饅頭豆漿油條。去了麗水街和書院，很方便。
房間隔音有點不是很好，樓下的洗衣機可能因為人比較多，一直在轉着。有些客人也真的很是吵吵鬧鬧的，可能平時會好一點吧。
其他都滿意的。
