有免費停車場，房間比較乾淨，給了一次性浴巾毛巾，特別好。而且房間簡簡單單，沒有亂七八糟的裝飾，很舒服！浴室有晾衣服的地方，考慮得很周到！早上還有老闆煮的米粉，味道不錯！就是隔音不是很好，窗外面樓下有人聊天都聽得很清楚，還有紗窗外面的玻璃窗不知道怎麼關閉，樓下有人抽煙都飄進來了。

住過最好的民宿沒有之一了，老闆人超超超好的，我自己去玩的問老闆那裡可以吃飯，老闆直接説和他們一起吃，一個人在外邊玩這種感覺真的很好，還有很好喝的咖啡和漂亮小蛋糕🧁，去楠溪江一定要住這家離景點也都特別近出行也很方便

房間設施還可以，落地窗景挺好看，停車場挺大的。
但是隔音很差，能很清晰的聽到樓下打麻將聲音，和第二天早上六點多樓下一羣人吵嚷的聲音，非常睡不好

環境：酒店離陶公洞挺近，沿着河邊看着風景走個10幾分鐘就到了。到永嘉學院也不遠，打車很快就到了。酒店對面就是河邊了，可以溜達溜達，風景不錯。
服務：老闆娘特別熱情，笑起來很好看很親切，晚上到的民宿，一聽沒有吃飯呢立馬讓他老公給做了一碗熱氣騰騰的粉，太香了，好吃的呀，旋風捲入吃個乾乾淨淨！老闆娘特別大方，我充電線壞了，問老闆娘哪裡有賣，老闆娘直接給一根，太救急了，非常感謝啊！
設施：床鋪很舒服，睡覺睡的很香，毛巾浴巾都是給的一次性的！非常贊！

民宿一樓有小院子和咖啡吧枱很適合休閑
離楠溪江的景區都很近，出行方便，有停車場

風景很好開窗即景，打掃的也很乾凈，浴巾是一次性的不用擔心消毒啥的。門口小院很寬敞，小孩子可以玩很久。老闆一家都超級有愛，飯菜稍等超級好吃，還超級便宜。

服務好。晚餐我們吃了當地特產稻花魚，肉質細膩紅繞入味，非常滿意的一頓晚餐。民宿就在路邊標識非常明顯，對面有個小停車場，與臨街步道相連。

住過這麼多次的酒店，貴的便宜的都有住過。這是我唯一一個退完房就想立刻點評的店！就是後悔沒有拍太多照片！剛到酒店老闆娘就親自送了水果到房間，又看我們人多還特意多拿了幾瓶水！早餐也是老闆親自燙麪給我們吃！家燒的味道，很親切。中午我們退完房都走出門了，老闆還追到門外給拿了幾瓶冰的礦泉水，雖然不值幾個錢，但是真的讓人感到很温暖，想要好好誇獎下，真的有能感受到老闆很用心的對待每一個房客。我們決定以後每年夏天來玩水還要住在這裏！點贊很棒！！！！

這次入住體驗真的太棒了！房間非常新，乾淨整潔，一進門就讓人感覺特別舒適。民宿還貼心地提供了一次性浴巾，衞生細節做得很好，住得很放心。老闆人超級熱情，服務特別周到，我們在旅途中遇到了一些小困難，老闆二話不説就幫我們解決了，真是雪中送炭，感動滿滿！早餐的米粉特別好吃，味道很地道，吃完元氣滿滿。民宿對面就有免費停車位，停車很方便。周圍環境也很美，安靜又舒適，真的是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，強烈推薦！
