工作人員很熱情 滑雪班很開心

This clubmed is one of the earliest in China, so the rooms are relatively old, and the facilities also need to be more humanely configured, such as more places to hang clothes, gloves, and shoes. After skiing, you must be sweaty or snowy, and too much needs to be washed, dried, and dried. Maybe because it is relatively early, the electronic system may not keep up and have some errors, which led to problems with the room card, account keeping, and final settlement in the last two days. But from the first day of check-in, all the service staff were very friendly, from the housekeeper, ski equipment, boutique, dining service, room service, photography, ski instructors, and hosting, they were all very enthusiastic and patient, making me feel at home. It can be said that it is the best service in the clubmed I have stayed in. Even if I encounter problems, Angel housekeeper Jacky Director Sal Manager, Logan housekeeper suisui can give me timely and efficient solutions, and make many exemptions. I still hope that Beida Lake clubmed will get better and better, and we will come here often to ski.

房間設施略老舊，衞生間台盆龍頭洗漱時濺的身上都是。希望可以改進一下。但是酒店整體很不錯，服務，其他設施硬件，都是我來北大湖首先。尤其是Angel logan 熱心幫忙解決我在俱樂部五天期間所有的問題。回覆很及時。

This is the fourth time I have brought my children to the Mediterranean Resort. Thanks to Logan and Angel for their reception and accommodation arrangements. During the stay, the child was accidentally injured, and we immediately showed concern and comfort and prepared small toys for him. Little Lion still remembers last year's FU coach. The coach is very nice and teaches well. At mealtime, he always wants to have a meal with FU coach. This year's T2 coach JUN JUN is also great! After successfully passing the exam and being promoted to a higher class, my youngest son praised the coach for being beautiful and teaching well. Every time after class, he would confidently tell us about his daily learning progress. Seeing his sense of achievement, we as parents are also very happy. Like her husband, Big Lion is looking forward to taking lessons with her favorite coach, Tony. Her skiing skills have become more stable this year, and skiing on the intermediate slopes is effortless and fun. During meal times, the coaches will accompany us to discuss the learning of our children and husband and the areas that need improvement, so that we can make continuous progress and feel at ease leaving our children to the coaches to learn at their own pace. My coach Victor is very patient and humorous. He never tires of explaining what we need to improve and helps us take videos to guide our movements. My classmates think he is very nice. Outside of class time, the coach also has good interactions and exchanges with us, making us feel at home. I recommend that if you have children, you can come to the Mediterranean and learn from these coaches. You will definitely have a great experience and return home with a lot of gains.
