住滑套餐屬於比較性價比的選擇，對比了幾家酒店，最終選擇了北美時光，主要原因是因為地理位置，在眾多酒店裡屬於最近的一家了，不管去雪場還是極樂湯都有接駁車接送，等待時間基本不超過5-10分鐘，酒店前台和禮賓部服務也特別好，尤其是禮賓部關海洋小哥，我們一到達就幫忙拿板包送到房間，有問題也可以直接問他，回覆賊快，堪比小管家！靠譜！推薦！

之前都住山湖居，北美離雪場比較近，但是整體環境比較老舊，早餐也不太好吃，下次不會考慮了

作為北大湖老牌酒店 整體設施較為陳舊 但是房間很乾凈 住宿體驗較好
入住當日 酒店纜車尚未開放 無法直接上山 還是需要步行到大廳入場
整體服務較為滿意 客服經理贈送了水果 特別是前台禮賓關海洋 耐心解答了很多問題 給予了很大幫助

買了住滑套餐，開板沒多久馬上過來了，帶早餐雪票和湯泉。房間雖然開得久了，但床品不錯，睡起來不會腰痠。客房服務很好陳主管很貼心，多要了點衣架晾衣服馬上送過來了，還給了果盤。離雪場和湯泉都很近，擺渡車特別方便，山下很多餐館可以來回接送，下次還來北美。

整個酒店的服務真的超級棒，在東北大寒天裏感受到了一絲温情，一樓小哥會主動幫忙找寄存的雪板送到房間，坐接駁車主動幫忙搬雪板，送我們到滑雪大廳後還幫忙把板包拿下來。前台也特別熱情，有求必應。住的有一天晚上停電了，服務響應也很及時到位。
稍有遺憾的是酒店房間裏七星瓢蟲有點多，對於害怕蟲子的我來説不是那麼友好。
