多年網上預訂住宿從未吐槽，這是第一個，九點到達，給了密碼，進屋非常冷，發現有個窗沒有關，導致一晚温度都非常低。沒有飲用水，説是房嫂忘記了可能，讓送過來説沒有服務人員了。沒有任何服務，第二天滑玩雪房間了衹是多了幾瓶水。再説位置，衹是離雪場比其他民宿近些，但是這個近不是你能拿板子走到雪場的近。沒看到怎麼去星空營，都是開車的，所以這個價格還是去鎮上民宿吧。

啥都沒有，連擺渡車都還有，甚至還教我們蹭車，大半夜的摸黑走半天才回來.服務態度敷衍500多塊錢、比旁邊貴了2百，去連人家一半的服務都沒有。太失望了，不會再來了

房間應該是剛裝修好，整體很新很乾凈，房東服務也很好，有問題都及時解決，就是温泉有時限，衹能白天用，沒泡成很遺憾😔屋裡浴缸也不能用，希望下次來能完善一些設施。

房間和圖上一樣，很乾凈，全屋地暖，回去暖暖的。房子很新，有電視可以投屏，有冰箱，洗手間有洗衣機，開“吹風”一晚就都幹了。如果有微波爐就更好了～
唯一的建議就是最好椅子底下和床腳底下貼靜音貼，樓上也是，否則拖動會有聲音。
位置：星空營走到房子大概8分鐘，有段上坡路，位置安靜，有車很方便。
