服務和硬件相比有些脱節，因航班原因原因凌晨到的酒店，結果前台趴在桌子下面睡覺。二樓有直通滑雪大廳的通道，愣是沒有任何指示牌，使得客人來回找了半天。進入滑雪大廳，酒店專用衣櫃進入眼簾，但是在調整不開放。前台一問三不知，倒是禮賓小哥解圍回答，為數不多的亮點。這個價格……服務希望得跟上啊。
