Was there in the of of 24-25 season most of resort facilities were closed already. Room is sparkling clean and quite new. Stuff was super helpful, drive me to ski center\shop\ and back. Can recommend this place.

I stayed here to ski at BDH, the facilities were excellent and the staff were very kind. my room was much bigger than expected and there’s a ski lift right next to the hotel. Fantastic, i look forward to staying there again 11/10.

離雪場超級近 但是我來的太晚了 所以j索附近的雪道已經關了！明年我還住這裏！

我都不知道該怎麼評價這個酒店，我們三個人給我們分到的是20號樓的家庭房，你要説環境吧，確實衞生搞的挺好挺乾淨，床單被套都挺乾淨，但是房間一進去就有股奇怪的味道，不知道是因為新房子還是啥原因就是每間屋子都有奇怪的味道，然後洗手枱上還放了兩塊挺埋汰的抹布，要説服務呢，前台工作的大叔特別熱心，但是最後一天還沒到退房時間就有人開門沖進來準備打掃衞生，説是看見我們出去了就以為退房了，這個真的挺不專業的，後來給我發訊息道歉了，但是體驗感真的就不好因為我們還有一個女孩子當時在屋子裡洗澡，房頂還漏了個大洞挺嚇人的，真的很難評，性價比不高

房間寬敞，每天補充水和備品很及時，老闆人特別好，雪季開板沒有約上山湖居，就定的這家，結果比山湖居還近，而且人不是那麼多也不喧囂，床很舒服睡的不錯，下次來還選擇這家。

房間特別好，位置就是山湖居最靠近雪場那一棟，跟山湖居的房間一樣，應該都是統一裝修的，有車位，房間非常乾淨，床墊也很舒適，有小朋友的可以把床拼在一起，很寬敞，床品全棉一客一換，我皮膚超級敏感，這次都沒有過敏！性價比奇高，大哥大姐非常友善，值得推薦！！！下次還來！
