The staff in front desk was very rude.
Also all services were below than normal.

Rooms are dark not much natural light

This was a very nicely decorated hotel. Easy check in process and about a 30min subway ride from Everland. Only issue I had was the fact that there was no wifi access even though it showed their was which I found strange for a business hotel.
Every thing else was perfect. I would stay here again and recommend it.
