1.前台態度惡劣，推卸責任，毫無服務意識！
我明明已經付款了房費，辦理入住時前台卻堅稱我沒交錢，自己不查系統，反而要求客人去核實！態度極其敷衍，一副“不關我事”的樣子，最後發現是他們自己搞錯了，前台連一句像樣的道歉都沒有，全程冷着臉，好像是我在找麻煩。連訂單核對這種基本流程都能出錯，還讓客人自己證明自己付過錢，簡直離譜！
2. 房間異味嚴重
剛進房間時發現有人在通風，以為沒問題，結果出去一趟再回來，異味又變得特別明顯，聞着非常不舒服，嚴重影響休息。酒店明顯沒有徹底清潔或處理房間的通風問題，純粹是應付了事。
3. 整體體驗糟糕
服務、衞生都配不上這個價位和星級，性價比極低。以後絕對不會再住，也建議大家謹慎選擇，免得遇到同樣糟心的事！

房間比較新，但是裝修比較簡單，格局不太好，洗手間就在床旁邊很近，晚上使用洗手間整個房間噪音非常大，嚴重影響睡眠

回家路上，順路住的，房間又大又乾淨，玻璃也擦的很乾凈，就是洗澡的花灑會尖叫😂，是鎮上最好的酒店。早餐不太行，山西面多好吃，我們那天沒有，衹有混飩和炒飯

我不太喜歡發表評論，但是這次從壺口去小西天，隰縣好點的酒店沒房，攜程推薦的永和酒店，還是很驚喜，房間大，床夠大，而且家庭房提供三人早餐，這一點是住過這麼多酒店很很少見的，非常人性化，早餐豐富，感謝前台的主管，人美心細!
