攜程提前幾天已經訂好了酒店，當晚入住前台始終查詢不到訂單，很冷的天在酒店等了十幾分鍾都辦不了入住，最後嘟囔着説，房間顯示已入住了，但是我並未入住酒店，也不知道是怎麼回事，酒店也未與我確認，最後好不容易安排了房間，要求我入住要交按金300，但是攜程顯示我是免按金入住，我已告知前台，但是她執意收取，並説酒店就是需要另外收取按金，到達房間後，房間還有上一位房客留下的煙頭，衞生情況堪憂……謹慎吧…………房間隔音也一般……
