訂好房間後，要及時聯繫老闆，然後老闆會發房間位置這些訊息。房間在小區裏面，可以免費停車。上下兩間，樓下茶室，樓上是卧室跟浴室。有冷熱空調，去永春玩的那兩天有點冷，空調熱風真是派上了大用場。不足的地方就是推拉門鎖不了，在樓上睡覺多少有點提心吊膽。還有一點就是床有點搖晃異響。其他的那都挺不錯了。

設施：房子設施齊全很新很好
衞生：很乾凈整潔 五個人四間房，房間很温馨，客廳大家聊天很愜意👍🏻不錯的民宿👍🏻

房間裝修很乾凈，清雅，小區環境比較好，3間房間5一6個人住很合適，房東服務很好，有問題都可以解決，挺滿意，
