衞生一塌糊塗，電視到處都是灰，床單毛髮，拖鞋腳都塞不進去，空調出風板也是壞的，掉在地上也沒人管，訂的語音智能房，前台告知房間沒有智能，不匹配，用不了。消毒間在電梯口，門開着的，出於好奇就看了一眼，沒看到消毒櫃，衹看到打掃的車子和一大堆紙錢，特別瘮人

接站服務: 先説入住前，因為訂單顯示有接送服務，我電話過去諮詢，告知可憑打車憑證到前台報銷，過了沒一會兒又告訴我沒有這項服務，附上截圖，事後溝通也是不承認這項服務，車費不多，就是態度讓人反感。
服務：再説到前台辦理入住，我報了姓名，讓前台查看了我的訂單，剛開始説找不到訂單，就很搞笑，我住酒店以來第一次碰到這種滑稽的事情。後來幾經周折，給換班人打電話詢問，中間得有半小時，最後告訴我訂單確認了，但是沒有房間了。我等了半個小時你和我説這個，我是當天早上6點下的訂單，當時附近酒店也都是滿房狀態，就是不知怎麼搞了一間其他房型，那也沒辦法，衹能將就一晚了。
衞生：但是入住體驗我真的無語呀，被褥清晰可憐的污漬，過分的是還有一個煙頭燙的洞。
設施：空調的扇葉也沒了，標題的智能語音也是跟鬧着玩似的，衹會説一個我去休息了。那我開個房智能語音助手休息時間比我還長，開關燈開關窗簾更是不可能。
整體評價：整體入住體驗很不滿意，連鎖店是吧，以後全部拉黑！！

1:酒店訊息看着房子是這兩年裝修的，但是衞生非常差，設備設施老化，首先這是冬天，非常冷的情況下，酒店的空調製熱非常差，而且空調擋風板都沒有了，空調出風口非常臟，我都擔心吹出來的風有細菌。
2:衞生間，洗手池發黃，看着很噁心，淋浴間牆面和地面都非常臟，角落肉眼可見的土串，而且第二天睡起來一看，衞生間地上一個非常大的蟑螂。
3:907的房子，衞生間反臭非常嚴重，一開門給我噁心壞了。
