前台辦理入住的那位女士，差評！差評！差評！服務態度很差，説話跟沒水準，提前預訂的房間到酒店沒房拿別的房間糊弄人！提前20天預訂三人間，發現房型不對找她協調竟然告知我三人間都一樣（實際衹有一個三人間，被其他人已住），被我拆穿後又説自己是前台不怎麼上樓，不知道房型不對。明明是一個標間加了一張床，裏面的東西都是雙人份，一看就是特意為了我而準備的吧！從頭到尾沒有因為自己工作失誤導致我沒有房間入住而道歉！後面又告訴我，我的原房間入住不成是因為前一位顧客沒有退房，續住了，她總不能把人家趕走吧？真的很莫名其妙，我提前訂的房間你看不到記錄嗎？我既然定了這個房間，房間就屬於我，你為什麼要讓別人續住呢？憑什麼委屈我？讓我住加了一張床的“三人床”呢？態度真的很差！！！這種人真不知道為何能做前台？酒店真應該反思！
