房子很舊，牀板很硬，大床房但是床很小，睡覺腳直接在床外面，洗澡沒熱水，説是要開很久，半個小時也開不出來

房間太舊了，而且很貴，性價比極度的低，我在這邊住了一天以後，後面就轉到萬佳國際了，價格便宜¥30還含早餐。可惜忘記拍照片了，因為感覺太差，懶得拍。

2024年5月2日入住永安五洲大酒店6樓，晚上酒店4樓的KTV噪音巨大，嚴重擾民，但辦理入住時酒店方並未有相關提示。當晚持續忍受噪音侵擾，到凌晨一點多已經覺得焦慮心悸，撥打前台電話，前台居然讓我繼續忍到2點。且該酒店KTV超過凌晨2:00仍在營業（有視頻），違反相關條例規定。第二天詢問住在8樓的同行友人，半夜也是不堪其擾。目前已退房，並在12315、12345、黑貓等多平台投訴。

前台服務員入住時幫忙免費升級房型，很感謝她，但是升級的房間，一進去就是一股黴味，估計和雨天有關，但是窗户太小，開起來沒紗窗，蚊子都進來了，不開不能通風，空調又是中央空調，開到20度，還是不製冷，衹有送風。一晚上熱的沒睡好。廁所更離譜，大是很大，但是連個排氣扇都沒有，洗完澡裏面都是水汽。房間裏有蚊香設備，但沒放蚊香片，幹看着。也沒用上。

在永安算是很有名的酒店，沒想到國慶的價格沒有漲價很多，環境特別棒，類似於在一個山莊裡邊，保密性好並且環境特別棒，外邊就是樹林，沒有馬路噪音。 但是衞生間的裝修就比較老舊了，服務態度都不錯，有啥問題可以很快解決。

來了才知道萬悦酒店之前是五洲大酒店，新裝修過的房間比以前好太多了。前台人員態度親切熱情，有問必答，房間衞生也很乾凈，關鍵還是外圍的環境確實很不錯，不僅車場很大，綠化還很美。這種價格還是很超值的。好評。

性價比很高的酒店，價格算是很便宜了，剛訂還有點擔心，但剛到了酒店才發現這裏的環境真的不錯，綠化絕佳，風景怡人。房間是有新裝修過，衞生很乾凈，服務人員熱情周到，超讚！下次還會來。

萬悦酒店就是原來的五洲大酒店，現在營業中的衹有含笑樓和香樟樓，這二幢有重新裝修過比以前好多了。空調很冷。衞生挺乾淨，主要還是綠化環境確實不錯，很安靜，漂亮。值得來體驗一下。
