"The hotel is nice and the location is good, the rooms are nice and clean, services are good overall. Staff were excellent. The breakfast is good but I thought it will be bigger. Downsides ＞ Noisy club sounds during the stay in the weekend. Rooms are transparent to sounds (you can here the next room) There is no good view to sea. The breakfast could be better."

It is a about 10 minutes distance from the city center of Trabzon, but because we had a car, we reached the center of the city without any problem. The price is reasonable. I recommend it."

"We arrived in Trabzon, Turkey on October 3rd and stayed at the 4-star Alissan Hotel for 8 days. My brother Faisel Ismail and friend Salah Almeer and I shared a room there. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ms. Haneefa, who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were all loyal and dedicated to serving guests and making them feel like part of the family. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of delicious food. We had a remarkable tour of Trabzon's beautiful weather, and we definitely plan to come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family."

"Even though we stayed for one night, everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff, the food was delicious, the rooms were extremely spacious, we were very pleased with everything, especially Mr. Ibrahim, who was in charge of the reservation, was extremely helpful, we will definitely come again."

"The Horrible: Receptionist said that *********** does work and asked us to pay more than the amount of the booking through the site. the “Small” charge for the dog was 2/3 the amount of apartment booking. When I told him that I will pay all what he asks but I will write this in the review he got mad and said that we need to pay fast because he is busy and that we need to leave tomorrow ( our booking was for 1 night anyway ) Horrible service level and hospitality ! -Garbage in-front of the apartment doors in plastic bags. -Water in the Bathroom hardly gets warm -Its an Aparthotel with no sponge and soap for washing dishes or dishwasher soap or kitchen towel or hairdryer -They don’t have parking. its street parking !! -He had to use a translator to understand basic communication english The Good: We Booked there for 1 day. We were greeted by a non English speaker because the receptionist comes at 13:00 , she was nice enough to let us check in early at 9:00 AM. we told her we have a Dog she said it’s ok but they charge a “small” extra fee for the Dog stay. first impression about the apartment was that it’s Big and comfortable."
