The location is good that's 10 minutes walk to Yokohama station right beside takashimaya store. The men's onsen is quite crowded at all times good thing is that only three floors so you do not need to wait very long for the lift to arrive. They provide free of charge a set of clothes and slippers and towels. Unfortunately they do not provide refrigerator for you to store your perishable food and drinks.

In my opinion, for the price offered, this is a very good capsule hotel

It’s an amazing capsule hotel to stay in. Love the cleanliness and comfy bed. Although it is near yokohama station, the exit nearby doesn’t have lift so you have to carry the luggage down(not too long). If there is any event here in yokohama again, i will still choose this (with smaller luggage bag)

First time for capsule hotels. Overall, its a budget friendly choices. The capsule is clean, bathroom is good but the locker is a bit too narrow. The hotel has separate luggage room but no lock so be mindful on that. The location is good, walkable for everything in Yokohama.

All the facilities/areas (luggage storage, locker, toilet, shower room) are well separated and clean. The toilet may have not enough water for flushing so it can look dirty. For multi-nights, have to leave everyday from 11am to 3pm but you will still use the same locker and bed so not much issue.

This is actually my first time staying at capsule hotel and i was surprised becos its beyond my expectations. The staff speak okay english, and the hotel itself are very clean both for sleeping area and also bathroom area (very important!!). The location also very good cos it’s close to Yokohama station. If you have any business around Yokohama or maybe around K-Arena Yokohama, this capsule hotel is perfect for you. All in all i very recommend this accommodation especially for solo travelers! ^^

I enjoyed my stay. Close to Yokohama station and the amenities were very nice.

AVOID, if you don’t want to have any sort of wifi in the room, I stayed for 2 nights the mattress felt like it was made of wood. The wifi was terrible I had to sit at the lobby for hours to be able to access the internet as the room got 0 connection

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, walkable to malls, eateries, attractions, train station and very convenient!

It is outstanding as it becomes cheaper when the main events at Yokohama finished. It only takes about 40mins to Shibuya if you hop on the express train. It's a great deal for the quality, especially when you can relax at sauna after a long day of walk

A big public bath can use only men.But there are many clean shower rooms for women. You can use your own rocker with key and they give you a bath towel, a face towel, a bath mat, a in-house wear with a bag, and when you check out you have to return that. There is no convenience store near there but there are bending machines and you can get alcohol drinks. You can not get any food there, unfortunately.
