Best location, just walking 5 mins to yokohama train station, 3 big malls; Vivre and aeon side by side the knot hotel, donki, ichiran ramen, uniqlo, GU, 2nd street, and many convenience stores.
Clean towels replace everyday and trash was picked up everyday too. Just put it outside the room.
Just small comment on the head pillows, it's bit thin and uncomfort.

The room is not big, but the sanitation is very good. The bathroom is relatively large. Toiletries are available in the lobby. There is a convenience store next to it, where you can buy breakfast. It is very convenient. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the subway.
