Amazing location. Excellent service and great lounge for refreshments. Loved how quiet and convenient it is. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Very clean and will book again id coming to Yokohama

新橫濱和橫濱還是有點距離的，要逛港未來那裡的，還需要坐車倒騰。酒店位置還是不錯在車站商場十樓以上，環境可以，服務一般，前台英語一般，房間一般，比較適合商務人士，不太適合度假！

出差原因選擇這家酒店住了4晚，方便早晚通勤去日本辦公室。家屬隨行自己搭輕軌去橫濱各熱門目的地也很方便。酒店地理位置十分優越，機場巴士就在酒店附近，樓下樓裏有很多餐廳選擇。
就是攜程上含早餐不含早餐房間價格差別特別大，和實際酒店早餐收費不符，建議核實更改方便在攜程預訂房間時選擇含早餐。

每層都有灌水的機器，還是挺方便的；圖中吸地機器人很實用，聲音不大；12層的休息室，方便住客小息，早餐的熱食有點少，其中的咖喱汁拌米飯很好吃；酒店的地理位置，確實是新橫濱，周圍熱鬧程度一般。

一開始我以為定的是橫濱結果是新橫濱。哈哈。搞錯了地方。不過樓下就是jr、新幹線都很方便。酒店就在商場上面吃喝買不愁。酒店雖然有年代但是保養的很好。乾濕分離也不錯。有提供免費咖啡。

This is the hotel I will definitely stay when need overnight at Shinyokohama.
The hotel right in Shinyokohama station is very convenient, many shop & restaurants around by walking distance only.
Room very quiet & cosy.
Hotel got free drink bar so 👍🏻
Front desk staff can speak in English so easy us any enquiry 👍🏻
