There was a wide variety of amenities available for you to help yourself to, and although I didn't use them, they did provide coffee.
The room was comfortable, although there was no view. The breakfast was also delicious. I was looking forward to using the natural hot springs, but unfortunately the women's bath was always crowded and I couldn't use it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here again for a live performance in Yokohama. It's close to the station and has a large public bath where you can relax, so it's very convenient and appreciated! This time, I arrived at the lobby a little before the check-in time of 3pm, but since it was the weekend before Christmas in December, there was a line of people all the way to the elevators and it was crowded, but after the staff handed out the necessary paperwork, everything went smoothly.

Following on from last year, I stayed here after a concert. It's close to the station, the front desk staff were polite and nice, and when I was leaving I met the cleaning staff in the hallway, who smiled and said thank you, which made me feel good! The amenities and breakfast were plentiful, and the free coffee was delicious.
So far I've only used it once a year, but I'd like to use it again.
