It was ok .. the front guy gave me wrong directions to Kawaguchiko He should pay bit more attention how guest want to get somewhere because in Japan most place sound similar

Clean up are prompt as long u place the magnet on the door before 11am. Hotel room was extremely small,not much space to put luggage if u are travelling as a family. There were only 2 of us. Barely space to walk. Location was wonderful and right next to ramen Museum. Aircon was so dusty that’s it is totally not cold. Have to open the wall vent for natural air to come in.

Reasonable price hotel. Not too far from station. Clear and new facilities. Recommend for budget hotel.

Good hotel. But very small room 🙈. i know that for Japanese people it’s ok. But for us it’s like a cage )

All good except a little unpleasant smell in the toilet.

This hotel was perfect located just steps away from shin-Yokohama ramen museum and in walking distance to shin-Yokohama station. The room was clean, well-furnished and the check-in process was perfectly smooth and fast.

Room is really small with 2 full size bed side by side. No other space left except the entrance door opening. We had only one night booked and was expected small room anyway. So it didn’t bother us too much. Just surprised there was tea pot and cups but no tea bags or whatever, we had to go buy some instant coffee bags nearby.

Good for business trips. The room was small but nothing special. There was a microwave in the room which was very convenient. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is big enough for soaking, no problem with water, the room is quite narrow but comfortable

Very bad place, don't choose this place if you want to stay near Shin-Yokohama Station. At 4 o'clock in the morning, the downstairs started to clean up the garbage, but I didn't know what they were cleaning. It kept making noise for half an hour. How could I sleep? I didn't sleep well for 2 nights in a row, and no one cleaned the room. There was only one person at the service desk, and no one else could be found. The price was expensive, and there was no value for money at all. Bad review.

The room is very small, the bed is very narrow for two, there is no place to open a suitcase and this is for 13,500 yen per day! The window does not open. We were in another hotel of this chain, the price was 2 times lower, and the bed was bigger, as was the room itself.
