I live nearby and this was my first time staying here (twin room).
When I checked in late at night, it took a while, but the male staff at the counter spoke to me and things went smoothly, which I was very grateful for.
Amenities are available on the first floor, and you can get what you need by yourself, and loungewear is available on each floor. All loungewear is XL size, and I'm not sure if this was just by chance or if it was all the time, but the elastic in the bottoms was loose.
I'd like to stay here again!
