The location is quite convenient, about 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, only 3 minutes away from Seibu Shinjuku Exit, and super close to the most prosperous Kabukicho. Opposite Seibu Shinjuku Exit, there is also a Tokyu Bus Station that goes directly to Narita or Haneda Airport. I took this bus directly to the airport. It costs 3600 yen for adults and it takes more than an hour to get to Narita Airport. It is very convenient for people who are catching a flight. The room is not big, but it is small, but it has everything. There is also an ice machine in the corridor. The breakfast is also good, and the overall cost performance is very high. Recommended!
