Location is good, walking distance to Pokemon centre, room size is reasonable, excellent service especially the front desk staff.

位置超方便，橫濱站北西口出來走外部連廊5分鐘就能到，出站右拐扶梯直梯都有，行李也可以免費寄存，對單人旅遊很友好，而且從地鐵站到酒店所在大樓一路上都有頂棚，下雨也不怕。周邊吃的也很多，從旁邊商場下樓就有壽司郎，單人3分鐘無痛入場根本沒吃過排隊的苦😋
內部乾淨整潔，設施齊全，大小就是正常日本酒店的大小，一個人足夠。電視上可以查看洗衣房的空閑情況，晚上用的人比較多建議錯峯，沒有零錢可以直接去前台找工作人員換
採光很好，窗景遮擋不多（僅我住的那麪，另一邊沒看過不清楚）一進門看到夕陽懷疑房費是不是交少了hhh

The hotel is conveniently located to department stores, train stations and within walkable distance to the bus terminal. There are plenty of retail shops and eateries nearby. The rooms are spacious, the common areas are clean and the staff are friendly and professional. There are also many amenities available to pick in the lobby. Highly recommend!

住了四晚這家酒店，乾淨時尚，服務態度都很好，會簡單中英文，步行到橫濱站大概七八分鐘，如果去鎌倉或者東京西南方向還是挺方便的，比東京的酒店便宜，也寬敞乾淨，這家連鎖的，整體很不錯，下次來日本還會選擇

Fully self-service machine check-in, I don't understand why I have to enter a relatively detailed address every time, otherwise I can't check in successfully~ The hotel has new bath salts recently, which is great. The station is a walking distance hotel~ I will stay again～There is a smoking room downstairs, no need to go out, very convenient

環境：酒店很安靜，離橫濱站步行大概八分鐘，位置挺好的。
設施：很齊全，樓下自取的pola小樣有點太好用了，被種草了卸粧和潤膚露。房間確實不大，但夠用。
