ホテルの入口が夜だと迷路のようで
分かりにくい
ホテルの回りにコンビニや食事処などが無く
とても不便と思います。
しかし 朝朝食は、とても良かったです。

最上階に泊まれて良かったです。朝食バイキングも美味しいです。駅も近いし、問題ありません。設備は古い感じですが、不満ありません。また、利用したいです。

우선 위치는 불편하지않았습니다 시사이드라인과 가까운 역에 있더라구요.
전화로도 여러번 궁금한게 많아서 전화를 3~4번 건 것 같은데 정말 친절하게 대응해 주셨어요. (저는 현지 거주중이라 한국에서도 걸 수 있는지는 모르겠어요..)
서비스는 정말 손에 꼽을만큼 친절하고 좋았습니다
룸은 혼자서쓰기엔 딱 적당한 크기의 방이였어요.
로비에선 꽤 좋은 냄새가 나서 기대했는데
화장실 냄새가 정말 호텔에 와서 받은 좋은 기분을
다 망쳐놓을 정도로 구리게 납니다
아마 환기시설이 없는 듯 한데 이건 탈취제를 놓든지 방향제를 놓던지 해야할 것 같아요. 냄새가 너무 심해서 화장실 가는 것 자체를 기피했네요..
그외에 티비는 지상파방송밖에 안나와서(넷플, 유튭 안됨)
가져간 아이패드로 그냥 애니보고 놀았습니다(방마다 무료 와이파이 있음)
18층에 레스토랑은 꽤 맛있었습니다. 혼자갔었는데도 친절하게 대응해주셨구요.
화장실 다음으로 아쉬웠던건 소음문제입니다.
알수없는 툭툭거리는 소리와 쿵쿵거리는 소리가나요.
당시 태풍이 오고있을시점이라 바람소리인가 싶었는데
책상 밑 중국인이 쓴 앙케이트 발견했는데 똑같이 시끄럽다고
적어놓은거 보니 태풍이 원인은 아닌 것 같은데 이런 문제점
보완만 하면 정말 좋은 호텔이 될 것 같아요..
다 필요없으니 화장실 냄새만 어떻게 하면 정말 최고일 듯 하네요.

這家酒店離橫濱市區有些距離，但我們是打算在關東地區附近遊玩所以問題不大，周圍是工業區，晚上非常安靜，樓層下方有咖啡店、餐館和羅森便利店（便利店晚上8點打烊）。前台服務很好，酒店雖然開業早，但設施維護很好，房間面積也很大，性價比拉滿。可惜玩的那幾天天氣一般，下次如果再來的話還會選擇住這裏
