Everytime I went to japan I will stay in livemax hotel as well and will sure visit japan and stay there again.

I was worried after I read previous reviews but I was relieved when I got into the room. I think the bad reviews are just based on out-of-this-world preferences of some guests. My experience was great. Yes, the room is tiny, but considering the money you pay, and before booking, you’re told the size of the room, and the pictures tell you what you’re about to face. Why bother complaining? If you walk, the road is not luggage-friendly but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Check in & out was great. The room amenities were amazing. Would come back here!

Hope the rest don’t face the same issue like me.
Hotel location is abit far from station, upon reaching the front desk told me there is no luggage storage service. Had to walk back to station to use coin locker.
No luggage storage before check in or after check out. Far from station.

It’s located in a very convenient area in Yokohama. Easily accessible to Minato Mirai and other attractions in the Yokohama area. I’ll definitely book this hotel again
