The location is a bit tricky to find, but I think the interior is excellent for the price. If I ever return to Yokohama, I'll definitely stay here. Once you learn the directions from Yokohama Station, it's very easy to find.
For reference, if you go to the SOGO Department Store in the basement of Yokohama Station, it's easy to find.
For convenience, instead of looking for the hotel's first-floor entrance, look for the second-floor entrance. It's on the second floor of the Yamaha Building.

This is my second stay. Both times I stayed there, I was there for a live concert at K Arena. The access is very good, and I would like to stay here again when there is a live concert at K Arena in the future. The staff (including those in training) were very polite and helpful.
However, I was disappointed to find crumbs of what appeared to be popcorn on the carpet in my room.
But overall I am satisfied. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, but the service is not that great. The breakfast is not worth the price. It is a new building that has not been open for long, and other than being close to the subway, I don't feel like there are any special merits.

Loved everything about this hotel. The public bath was superb. The location is just a walking distance to Mark Is and many things around it. Very convenient and comfort.

It's easy to walk to from Yokohama Station and it's close by. I arrived without getting wet in the rain. It was a nice hotel, sparkling clean and comfortable, as expected. I would like to stay here again. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. I was surprised that there was no tomato juice or milk. There were also few types of bread. I would be happy if you would consider staying with us.
